Shipping

Rules for shipping of the ordered good

Shipment to Poland is performed through DPD Polska sp.z o.o.

Cost of domestic shipment is PLN 12 for advance payments and PLN 16 for consignments with payment on delivery. The consignment delivery time consists in:

1)     time for preparation of consignment – 1-2 working days from the moment of crediting the payment on our bank account

2)     transport time – 2 working days at the latest.

 For the orders of the amount exceeding PLN 200 the shipment fee is not collected (does not apply to international shipment)

Shipment to the European Union countries is performed through DPD Polska sp. z o.o.

(3) DPD delivers no packages to Vatican and San Marino; zone surchare and customs clearance of EUR 100 applies to Livigno and Campione d’Italia.

Cost of international shipping depends on the place of delivery and weight of consignment and is presented to the customer upon entering the place of delivery and selecting the products in the online shop www.karinmarkers.com.  Free delivery is offered to customers at purchases above EUR 100 or USD 117 or GBP 89 or CHF 117 or CAD 154 or AUD 158 (free delivery rules do not apply in US and Canada). Transport time guaranteed by the UPS courier company is:

Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. We recommend purchasing several products in one basket to avoid multiplying the transport costs. We cannot group two individual baskets, therefore the shipping costs are added to each order separately.

The products to be shipped are each time carefully secured against damage, however, when receiving the consignment, please check, whether the package has not been damaged during transport.
